Terms of Use
1. Parties and subject
These terms are a contract between Talent ID LLC (name pending registration) and the user. We provide access to the Talent ID service; organisations (academies, schools) pay for a package, parents use it free of charge.
2. Account
Only persons aged 18 or over may register. You are responsible for keeping your password safe; two-factor sign-in is mandatory for organisation management once it is enabled in the service. One account — one person.
3. Organisation's obligations
Enter children's data only with parental consent; grant access on a least-privilege basis; do not upload medical documents; promptly delete data of children who have left the club at the parents' request.
4. Prohibited
Contacting children directly, bypassing parents and the club; passing parents' contacts to third parties; mass data collection (scraping); using the service for discrimination; circumventing package restrictions and offer limits.
5. Packages and payment
Prices are on the «Pricing» page. Payment by card through a payment provider; the subscription renews automatically and can be cancelled at any time — access remains until the end of the paid period. The first 30 days are free. Upgrading to a higher package takes effect immediately, with the difference paid.
6. Liability
The service's calculations (index, height forecast, risks) are supporting information, not a medical opinion and not a guarantee of a sports career. Decisions are made by the coach and the parents.
7. Termination
You can delete your account in your profile. We may suspend access for a breach of these terms, stating the reason.
8. Law and disputes
Ukrainian law applies; for consumers in the EU — also the mandatory rules of their country of residence. First, negotiation via support@talent-id.org, then the courts at the operator's location.
